Perfect Strip Out & Demolition completed back to base demolition of 6 office levels in Chatswood.
The scope of work for this project involved:
- Removal of all loose equipment, furniture, and storage;
- Demolition of existing plasterboard partitions, doors, and glazed partitions (1,358 m2);
- Removal of all floor finishes (3,656 m2);
- Demolish and remove of internal staircase;
- Removal of all electrical and data equipment and cabling;
- Removal and disposal of all existing ceiling grid, ceiling tiles and light troffers (5,459 m2);
- Removal of mechanical equipment, associated mechanical wiring and piping;
- Removal and disposal of all finishes;
- Demolition and removal of bathroom equipment.
The work was completed on time, safely and efficiently. Our skilled demolition crew, supported by our fleet of forklifts and electric Twinca dumpers, demolished almost 6,000 m2 of gyprock walls, carpets, floors and ceilings in 6 weeks.
