Perfect Strip Out & Demolition completed the demolition of a residential building at 90A Arrabella Road, Longueville.
The scope of work for this project involved:
- Demolition and disposal of timber framed metal carport roof;
- Demolition and disposal of carport slab 200mm depth;
- Disassemble masonry support columns;
- Demolition of the staircase, external brick walls and bay windows;
- Demolition of existing concrete pool and penetrations through pool;
- Drilling of piles for the building extension;
- Removal of a lift shaft;
- Excavation through hard sandstone 4 meters deep into the lift shaft using Brokk200;
- Hand demolition of the top floor and retaining all the timber floors.
