Perfect Strip Out & Demolition completed the strip-out of two office levels in North Ryde.
The scope of work for this project involved:
- Removal of existing carpet;
- Removal of carpet tiles;
- Strip-out of male and female toilets;
- Removal of all gyprock partitions;
- Removal of doors, toilet fixtures & partitions;
- Disassemble workstations;
- Demolition of the reception desk (3.5m x 1m) while keeping the existing flooring and floor matt intact;
- Segregation and removal of all waste from the site by Tipper Trucks;
- Recycling 100% of the waste removed from sites.
Overall, over 44 tons of waste were removed, including 8 t of steel and 36 t of general light mixed waste.
