Safety Personnel

Safety underpins everything we do at Perfect Group, and our safety personnel are what turns that from a stated value into daily practice across every division.

Our safety team oversees every stage of a project – from initial planning through to completion – to make sure protocols are followed consistently, whatever division is running the job. Their focus is straightforward: everyone goes home safely, every day.

Roles on our safety team include:
  • Certified Safety Officers
Develop and implement safety plans, run regular safety audits, and enforce compliance with WHS regulations across every division, working directly with site managers to flag hazards before they become incidents.
  • Site Safety Coordinators
On the ground daily, monitoring worker behaviour, enforcing correct PPE use, and running toolbox talks to address specific site risks before work starts.
  • Compliance & Risk Management Officers
Track changes in WHS legislation, assess project-specific risk, and build the mitigation strategies that keep every division’s sites compliant.

Beyond these day-to-day roles, our safety personnel lead ongoing training across the Group, keeping the same proactive safety culture consistent whether you’re working with Perfect Contracting, Perfect Concrete Care, Perfect Remediation or any other division.

Meet our safety team:

Roxana Roszkowska

Roxana is a Work Health and Safety professional with more than 10 years’ experience in construction.

She holds a Diploma of WHS along with a range of industry qualifications, and specialises in developing, implementing and improving the safety management systems used across the Perfect Group.

Her work on legislative compliance has been central to maintaining safe work environments on complex, high-risk projects.

As WHS coordinator for the Group, she provides support and guidance across every division to ensure consistent safety standards.

Michael Dall

Michael has spent more than 50 years in the construction industry across trade services and safety roles, including 25 years with SafeWork/WorkCover as a construction safety inspector.

He’s managed major regulatory projects and led numerous incident investigations, including work resulting in prosecutions for WHS breaches. He holds a Bachelor of OH&S from Newcastle University along with two diplomas and an advanced diploma in safety management, and has lectured at Newcastle University on risk management, incident investigation and construction safety. He’s worked with Tier 1 contractors across the industry to build safety partnerships that hold up under real operational pressure — including one project that logged two million hours worked without a lost-time injury.
