Overview of the Perfect Group

Perfect group is a world-class diversified contractor with multiple integrated brands and services

Founded in 2009 by managing director Mateusz Jedruszek. The perfect group has rapidly grown and diversified into multiple services and sectors.

Perfect has grown rapidly due to our culture of fostering innovation and a collaborative approach to everything we do.

With Offices in Sydney and Ballina, NSW we have the financial and operational capabilities to deliver projects all across Australia.

Privately owned, employee-run limited group of companies founded in 2009 by founder and managing director Mateusz Jedruszek. The group’s ethos is the very same as it was back then, that is to deliver quality service and client satisfaction on every project.

Our primary business is to service the construction,  infrastructure and related sectors through our integrated service offering, comprising of demolition, asbestos removal, remediation, earthworks, infrastructure, waste management, concrete care, skilled labour hire and remediation divisions. 

Today, we remain a privately owned business, managed by Mateusz.

Our governance structure ensures that we operate safely, considerately, responsibly and ethically, with qualified and experienced leadership across all areas of the company.

SAFETY & SUSTAINABILITY

Safety and sustainability is at the core of everything we do

Our commitment to workplace health and safety, quality and environmental management is underpinned by our integrated WHSEQ Plan

We believe that all incidents are preventable. We have accomplished a zero-incident safety record by providing all our employees with extensive regulatory health and safety training, drug screening, and regularly scheduled physicals. We actively stay ahead of current safety regulations, and implement the newest safety techniques. We have daily safety meetings on every single project, because safety is no accident. We plan to work safe every single day. Our supervisors are hands-on when it comes to our safety practices and WHSEQ standards.

Perfect Group maintains a complete and extensive WHSEQ Manual, which is continually upgraded to comply and promulgate the ever-changing WHSEQ, EPA and other governmental and industry regulations. Perfect presents and updates any new information to our staff via newsletters, management meetings and safety seminars.

Our cloud-based Operations Software Assignar allows us to monitor and update our Fit For Work Forms, Plant Pre-Start Checklists, Demolition Pre-Start Checklists and Hazmat Removal Pre-Starts all in real-time. This means our Operations and Safety teams have second by second updates of what is happening on the ground. 

Health & Safety

Perfect's core focus is creating and fostering a safe work culture that is committed to achieving zero harm across all our projects.

Safety is at the forefront of our operations across Australia, demonstrated by our Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems being certified to AS/NZS 4801, our exemplary safety record and comprehensive internal structures and processes. Our "We get it done SAFELY" program fosters communication and is designed to build our safety culture. It gives each and every member of Perfect the voice to speak up if they think a task is being carried out un-safely or more engineered controls could be implemented to ensure the task is being done as safe as possible. We recognise that the involvement of managers in the safety management process is critical, particularly at the site manager and supervisor level.

  • Continuous assessing and control of risks for every task

Our key objective is to continually improve on our WOH&S processes and procedures to ensure each and every single team member of Perfect can go home to their loved ones at the end of the day.

Perfect continually strive to reach our target of Net-Zero Emissions across the group.

Environmental Management is a key pillar in each and every project we undertake. We incorporate environmental protections and preservation into our Demolition Management Plans. Perfect holds ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System certification across all our integrated divisions. At Perfect we are about the world we are creating for future generations.

Rork Projects' Wa Initiative<
Rork Projects' Wa Initiative
Perfect donated $5,000 to Rork Projects’ Wa Initiative from the sale of recycled ferrous metals recycled from one of their projects. Rork Projects WA is an initiative to enact positive future change through the education and empowerment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.   At Perfect we believe that giving back to our community is vital for future generations.

Social Responsibility

Perfect regularly participates in local projects in our community.

Through Sponsorships of locals youth sports teams, local charity organisations and pro bono projects for local children's hospitals.
