Our People
Perfect Group is more than 150 people across six businesses: engineers, supervisors, licensed asbestos and demolition crews, concrete cutters, operators and the office team behind them. Most of our supervisors and site managers started on the tools with us. We train our own people, pay for their tickets and keep them when the work slows, because the person who knows how a job went last time is the one you want on the next one.

To be the contractor tier one builders, government and industry call first when a job is high risk, tightly sequenced or sits in a live environment. One group, one safety system, one standard, whether the crew is cutting, demolishing, remediating or stripping out.

Our Culture
Plain talk, no surprises. We tell clients early when something on site does not match the drawings, and we expect our crews to stop work and speak up when something looks wrong. We have been doing this since 2010 and most of the builders we work for have come back more than once.
