Perfect Group

Policies

Our policies at Perfect Group set the standard every division operates to - safety, quality, environmental and community - backed by independent certification rather than self-assessment.

Our core policies cover:

  • Workplace Health & Safety PolicySafety Personnel Every Perfect Group division holds AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health and Safety certification, independently audited by Sustainable Certification Pty Ltd. Our WHSEQ Manual is continually updated to reflect changing WHS, EPA and industry regulation, and our “We get it done SAFELY” program gives every team member the standing to flag unsafe work. (Note: AS/NZS 4801 has largely been superseded industry-wide by ISO 45001 – worth checking with your certification body whether this should be updated on the page, since other Perfect divisions reference ISO 45001 instead.)
  • Environmental Sustainability PolicyEnvironmental Impact & Waste Reduction Every division holds ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification, independently audited by Sustainable Certification Pty Ltd. In practice, this means pre-demolition and pre-project advice focused on maximising material reuse, and a genuine target of net-zero emissions across the Group.
  • Quality Management Policy All divisions hold ISO 9001 Quality Management certification, independently audited by Sustainable Certification Pty Ltd. We back this with customer satisfaction surveys, project-specific SWMS, and cloud-based systems that let us monitor tasks in real time.
  • Equal Employment Opportunity & Anti-Discrimination PolicyDiversity and Inclusion Our Great Place To Work Certified™ status reflects genuine investment in equality and inclusion, backed by initiatives like our partnership with the Aboriginal Employment Strategy in Redfern.
  • Client & Community Relations Policy We stay engaged with the communities we work in – through sponsorships, charity partnerships and pro bono projects like our work with Sydney Children’s Hospital Randwick – because we see community investment as part of how we operate, not an add-on.

These policies are backed by independent, third-party certification audits rather than internal self-assessment

- which is a stronger claim than most competitors can make, and worth keeping visible on the page.

We pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians and Elders past, present and future, and honour their connection to the land and ongoing contribution to society.
