Perfect Group works in demolition, civil, strip out, concrete cutting, remediation, specialist cutting and labour hire. Different divisions, different hazards, one standard.
Everybody who comes onto a Perfect site goes home in the same condition they arrived in. That is the whole mission and everything else is how we deliver it.
One standard across seven businesses
Every division works to the same management system for safety, quality and environment, so a client engaging two Perfect businesses on one project gets one set of standards rather than two that have to be reconciled.
The method is the same everywhere. Plan the work before it starts, brief it so the crew genuinely understands it, control the hazards that planning identified, and check that the controls are still in place once the job is running rather than only on day one.
And anybody, in any division, at any level, can stop work. A first week labourer can stop a job and will be backed for it. A company where that is only written down and not practised is a company waiting for a serious incident.
