Our Mission

At Perfect Group, our mission is simple: deliver every project safely, on time and on budget - using the combined resources, specialised plant and skilled people of all our divisions to give clients a single, fully integrated delivery partner.

Founded in 2009 by managing director Mateusz Jedruszek, Perfect has grown from a single operation into a group of integrated brands spanning demolition, remediation, concrete cutting and coring, labour hire and more.

With offices in Sydney, NSW and Slacks Creek, QLD, and a fleet of over 240 plant and machinery backed by 220+ team members, we have the operational depth to deliver projects across Australia – from CBD sites to remote locations.
SERVICES-REMEDIATION r

What that mission looks like in practice:

  • Safety first, always – Every division operates under a shared safety culture, with daily site meetings, regulatory training and a “We get it done SAFELY” program that gives every team member a voice to flag unsafe work before it becomes an incident.
  • Quality that holds up under scrutiny – Our ISO 9001 accreditation reflects a genuine commitment to consistent, high-quality delivery across every division, not just a certificate on a wall.
  • Sustainability built in, not bolted on – From recycling client waste through to net-zero targets, environmental responsibility is part of how each division plans and executes its work.

Since 2009, Perfect has been a delivery partner on some of Sydney and NSW’s most significant projects.

We remain privately owned and employee-run, with the same ethos that founded the business: quality service and client satisfaction on every job.
