Perfect Strip Out & Demolition completed half-house demolition works at a residential project in Cremorne.

The scope of work for this project involved:

Removal of brick walls;

Removal of timber floors;

Disassemble the underlying concrete slab assuming 100mm thick;

Demolition of the existing garage;

Levelling garden bed in front of the house assuming 25m2 and 100mm deep;

Loading out all materials into our 15m3 skip bin using Case 8t excavator.

Removal of all bricks from the job site and 100% recycling at our preferred suppliers.

All works were carried out on time and on budget.
