The scope of work for this project involved:

Structural demolition of walls;

Slab penetration;

Widening and removal of various windows and walls;

Removal of the ground slab;

Concrete cutting and coring;

Removal of bonded and friable asbestos;

Removal of 3 lifts over 7 levels;

Demolition of stair cases, pipework, plat and steel framing;

Installation of lintels and structural elements to the building’s fixtures;

Applying structural grousing and setting up structural propping.

Throughout the demolition works, there were around 8-10 operators, including a supervisor, working on-site daily.
