Perfect Strip Out & Demolition completed the strip-out of two office levels in North Ryde.

The scope of work for this project involved:

Removal of existing carpet;

Removal of carpet tiles;

Strip-out of male and female toilets;

Removal of all gyprock partitions;

Removal of doors, toilet fixtures & partitions;

Disassemble workstations;

Demolition of the reception desk (3.5m x 1m) while keeping the existing flooring and floor matt intact;

Segregation and removal of all waste from the site by Tipper Trucks;

Recycling 100% of the waste removed from sites.

Overall, over 44 tons of waste were removed, including 8 t of steel and 36 t of general light mixed waste.
