- Disconnection and certification of all services prior to any demolition work commencing;
- Removal of all hazardous waste, removing all non/friable asbestos and lead paint as per the report;
- Internal strip out works;

- Demolition of external awning;
- Clearing from the site by loading out all the material on bogies / 10 Wheelers;
- Separation of materials to go to respective recycling centres and disposal of all rubbish;
The entire structure of building 387 at Church Street consisted of double brick walls with timber floors. The stable, which is part of the building is heritage listed and had to be retained.
Dust suppression techniques were put in place for this project, such as water cannons, sprinklers and sprinklers attached to hammers.
Due to teamwork and excellent communication, we were able to complete the demolition in a timely manner.
