Perfect Strip Out & Demolition completed half-house demolition works at a residential project in Cremorne.
The scope of work for this project involved:
- Removal of brick walls;
- Removal of timber floors;
- Disassemble the underlying concrete slab assuming 100mm thick;
- Demolition of the existing garage;
- Levelling garden bed in front of the house assuming 25m2 and 100mm deep;
- Loading out all materials into our 15m3 skip bin using Case 8t excavator.
- Removal of all bricks from the job site and 100% recycling at our preferred suppliers.
All works were carried out on time and on budget.
